Preparing for a new career by getting the right training is one thing. Getting the right job after you graduate is something else entirely. That’s why WTI is committed to the entire process, from enrollment to job offer. Graduate placement cannot be guaranteed, but here are a few of our job placement tactics designed to give you every advantage in the search for your new career:

PROFESSIONAL RESUME WRITING

Career Services provides assistance with critiquing current resumes or creating new resumes for your job search. Your resume should tell your story, which is why we employ Certified Resume Writers to assist you with putting your story on paper.

MOCK INTERVIEWS

Career Services offers mock interviews for WTI students and graduates to improve interview skills and increase the likelihood of job offers.

JOB MARKET RESEARCH

Career Services can provide job titles and duties that relate to each program – giving graduates a more focused approach to their job search.

MARKET-CENTERED PROGRAM

The key to job placement is aligning training with market needs. That’s why WTI keeps its training programs relevant and focused by continually reviewing them with an advisory board of local employers.Our program advisory committee is comprised of industry professionals that will review our program contents, facilities, and labs to ensure our graduates are completing curricula with the most comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge in the field.

CAREER FAIR ORGANIZATION

Employers visit the campus every year to network with, interview, and hire graduates to make their business more competitive. These events are exclusive to WTI students and alumni.
